After recommendation from a friend I decided to visit Stocksfield Motor Company when looking to change my car and wasnt disappointed. Both Gary & Louise were very professional, friendly and helpful. As an older single woman I had sometimes experienced feeling a little intimidated by slightly overwhelming salesmen at some garages. This couldn't have been further from the truth at SMC. I was listened to so that they could establish what my needs were. So that they could find the "right fit". Everything was carried out in a relaxed environment. They found me the right car and I felt delighted when I picked it up and drove off feeling confident I'd made the right choice. I would certainly recommend the staff and services at SMC and have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you Gary and Louisa for making an old woman very happy 😁👍

Honestly had a great experience buying my first car from Gary and Louise. They were both really friendly and easy to deal with, and there was no pressure at all which I really appreciated.They let me take the car out for a test drive and made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. What really stood out for me was that they even delivered the car to my home, which made the whole process so convenient. When delivering the car, Louise took the time to go through everything with me when the car was delivered, including not just the car but also all the paperwork, which was really helpful as it’s my first car.The car itself was in great condition and exactly as described — it’s my absolute dream first car, so I couldn’t be happier!There was the tiniest scrape that you could barely see, and as soon as I mentioned it, they got it repaired straight away free of charge.I’ll definitely be going back to Louise and Gary for anything I need in the future, and when it comes time to buy another car, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Overall, such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish — highly recommend!

I have always received a fantastic 5* experience from Stocksfield Motor Company. This garage was recommended to me by a family member for the fair and honest pricing and great customer service. I get my MOT, service and repairs done here. I also purchased my most recent car from this garage too. The customer service is always great, helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would also highly recommend.
